Soyza and Wadigapatuna fall in love with the eldest daughter of the owner of their rental home, Kanthi (Raju Kumarasinghe), and fight against each other to win her heart. The parents of Kanthi prefer Wadigapatuna and the plot revolves around the many tricks Soyza and his colleagues play to win her over. This involves dressing up Don as a pregnant woman to accuse Wadigapatuna of producing a child out of wedlock with her. The movie culminates with a fight between Wadigapatuna and a nearby "strongman" who joins Soyza and the clique.
