REGULAR REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

STEP 1

Whether you are looking for immediate or September enrollment, please add your child’s name to our online Pre-registration List. If you are seeking immediate enrollment, you may also email registrar@highlandsearlylearningcentre.ca for information on any current vacancies.

STEP 2

Once we are able to offer you a space in one of our programs, you will be given instructions as to how to complete the Registration Application online and pay a non-refundable Application processing fee of $75 per child.  You will also be asked to read and confirm your understanding of the Tuition Policy.

STEP 3

Next, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (1 month of tuition fees, which goes towards June’s tuition fee).

We ask for a void cheque as we will be using Rotessa as a 3rd party pre-authorized debit program. Within the first week of every month, payments will be automatically withdrawn from your account. Please note that there is a $29 NSF that will be charged if the payment cannot be debited.

TUITION PAYMENTS

1. Security Deposit Cheque equal to your child’s one month tuition fees.
2. Additionally, please provide a void cheque OR Direct Deposit Form from your online banking profile
* We will be using Rotessa as a 3rd party pre-authorized debit program.
* Within the first week of every month, payments will be automatically withdrawn from your account.

EARLY WITHDRAWAL

If, for any reason, you need to withdraw your child from Highlands Early Learning Centre prior to July 31, the security deposit paid upon registration will be forfeited and therefore non-refundable.
